You will not want to miss this wedding! So many details, so thought out, everything had a story.
Washington has been having the worst fires in forever long and when the smoke started rolling in the fields it was so bitter sweet. My heart has been the heaviest it has been thinking about all the families and everyone that is out their fighting the fires. But then also driving up to my parents seeing the smoke it made me giddy because it made for such amazing dreamy light that I LOVE.
If you missed Katie and Coopers proposal story make sure you head over and check out there engagement photos HERE.
I can’t say enough about Katie and Cooper their love for each other is so evident and sweet. Its so contagious and they bring out the best in everyone they are around.
First off! Hello gorgeous arbor…YES Cooper the groom made that! I found out he is quite good at pretty much EVERYTHING!
After I set Cooper up for the “First Look” I got so teary-eyed as I photographed Katie meeting up with him. She was wiping away tears trying to compose herself. As Cooper was already crying and had yet to see her. It was one of the most sweetest first looks I have been apart of.
I owe a huge THANK YOU to the bridal party for their willingness to get dirty for these next photos. Loved photographing this group!
Cowboy boot for everyone!
Katie you are seriously so stunning! Not only beautiful on the outside but your heart is so full and willing to give. Cooper you are truly the best husband for Katie. I can see your love for her in how you care for her, the way you look at her, the way you make her laugh. I’m truly blessed by both of you Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture your wedding day!
The ceremony with the hay bails and linens was the perfect touch to this backyard wedding.

This weekend was filled with helping my parents do some yard work so that it will be ready for a friends backyard wedding in a couple weeks! Well….lets be honest I was taking care of 5 kids while the guys did all the yard work and I was definitely exhausted to say the least. It was fun though reminded me so much of growing up and making meals while the boyfriends worked with dad. Oh the good o’l days! After we finished with everything we gave the kids a nap and headed out to dinner at Lantern Tap House on Perry Street. We were craving some burgers and they did not disappoint! Also bonus…they had a kids play area right next to our table. AHHHHH its so heaven when that happens because we can actually slowly eat and enjoy our meal. Seriously its such an ingenious idea!
The reception and ceremony were designed by Garriella Hess from Pippa The Great on Etsy. I have seen here beautify designed events and wedding before but seeing her work in person is truly an honor. Everything was so simple but yet seriously STUNNING!
I love a good sparkler exit from your reception just makes such pretty photos.
